(unless assistance is requested) you will gently come off the tube and spend a few minutes making sure you have eliminated all you can. You will get dressed and meet us in the lobby or aftercare room for a few moments of reclining on a comfortable chair to relax and enjoy a refreshing "after session replenish" drink.

Most people go back to work or even to work out. Most people have absolutely no issues with "needing to be near a bathroom" after the session. However, if you already have incontinence issues, you may have them after the session. If you do, please bring a pad with you for after the session. If you are on a "cleanse" and/or are "fasting", you might prefer to dedicate the rest of the day to resting. If you have a chronic illness, you may prefer to rest after the session - please check with your physician.
